• Contract length 12 months for Basic and 3 months for VIP
• Minimum payment term for Basic members is 6 months and for VIPs 6 weeks.
• Family memberships require a minimum of 4 members throughout the contract length.
• Buzz Lite memberships are valid for 12 months.
• Should you wish to cancel your membership before the minimum payment term has elapsed:
  – you will need to give 14 days written notice
  – you will be charged any amount outstanding from the minimum payment terms
  – for family memberships this means the amount outstanding for all 4 members. 
• A 7-day written notice is required for those who wish to cancel their memberships after the minimum contract period has ended .
• Memberships paid upfront are non-refundable.
• Birthday discount does not include add ons such as balloons and platters.
• Memberships are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
• Area 51 will provide no refund or redemption for any unclaimed or unused privileges.

• Your photo will be taken at the centre to complete your membership profile.
• For Buzz Lite Members – please plan your sessions ahead, online bookings are essential.
  To book your FREE session, visit our Members Portal simply enter your membership number when prompted in the discount code area. For succeeding visits, please visit our general ticket check out and enter your membership number to enjoy 20% off. Discount is valid for 1 ticket per day.

• For VIP Members – no need to book, you may just walk in with your valid ID for unlimited play.

In joining our membership program, it is assumed that you have read and acknowledged the Area 51 Liability waiver. You can find a full version of the current waiver at https://waiver.roller.app/area51

• Members are responsible for notifying Area 51 by writing to info@area51bne.com of any changes to:

1. Name
2. Address 
3. Email Address
4. Credit Card Details

• Area 51 reserves the right to amend or add new Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. This includes changing our operating hours, services and membership terms.
• Updates will be published on the membership terms and conditions on our website. The most recent terms and conditions will apply.
• Area 51 reserves the right to close the premises for maintenance, private bookings, and other events. Such situations cannot be used as grounds for a change in the membership fee.

Your membership fees will be debited from your nominated account each month . You must make sure:

• Your account can accept direct debits.
• There is enough money in your account on the payment day
• To notify us of any changes to your card details.

• If your monthly  direct debit payment fails, you will be notified and provided information on how to rectify the overdue payment.
• After approximately 48 hours, the system will attempt to collect payment again. Should this fail, your membership will be suspended.
• Access and benefits will be suspended until your membership payments are up to date.

• Cancellations will be processed within 3 business days of receiving your request.
• Memberships are non-refundable.
• Area 51 reserves the right to terminate your membership in our Membership Program if we believe you have engaged in a fraudulent or unlawful activity or have failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions, no refund will be given.
• Sharing your membership will result in automatic cancellation, no refund will be given.
