• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session for more play time.
• Dress your children for comfort and play.
• Customers with Online Bookings have their own check-in lane.
• For faster check-in, it is best to book your ticket online and if you do not have an account make sure to click the waiver link at the bottom of your confirmation email.
• Sign up and create an online account, so you can:

– book and manage your general admission tickets and waivers
– redeem and renew memberships
– redeem gift vouchers

• Parental supervision is required at all times.
• Area 51 grip socks are required to be worn on our equipment at all times by all participants including parents supervising their children.
• Enclosed shoes are required for Sports Court use.
• Guests are required to pay for damages caused through misuse.
• Height and weight limits apply for all activities, please observe before use.
• Use and participation in all activities at Area 51 is at guests’ own risk
• Area 51 is not responsible for any accidental injury sustained during play.
• No rough play, anyone observed exhibiting bullying, harassment or unlawful conduct will be asked to leave, no refund will be given.
• For the safety of all our customers, we strictly do NOT allow outside food – as some common allergens can hide in food and spread in the play areas. Please be CONSIDERATE of other customers who have allergies. People who are caught with outside food will be asked to pack it up. 
• People with mental or physical impairment, back, neck, knee or joint injuries: heart conditions; respiratory problems; pregnant women or people with broken or sprained bones are not permitted on certain attractions.
• We do not allow children/adults on the equipment if they have a cast.
• No smoking/vaping within the centre and 5m of the entry doors.
• Kindly review our Terms and Conditions, use of ticket implies acceptance. Area 51 reserves the right to modify them without prior notice.

• DO NOT jump if you are pregnant or have any health problems
• Only jump on the trampolines. The pads are hard and can cause injuries to your feet, knees, back and ankles
• ALWAYS JUMP AND LAND ON TWO FEET – this is critical for safety. To perform a safety landing (or jumping stop), land on two feet, with legs apart, knees bent, and arms in front of you
• AVOID jumping on another individual’s trampoline. It is dangerous to jump on a trampoline that someone is occupying
• If falling, try to land on your back or “ball up”. The key is to keep your arms close to your body to avoid twisting your wrists or injuring our arms/elbows/shoulders
• NO flips, inverts or tricks over the padding
• NO rough-housing, wrestling, racing, tackling, shoving, or playing tag
• NO food, drink, or gum allowed on trampoline court or trampoline platform
• NO belt buckles, clothing studs, keys, key chains, or sharp objects on apparel or in pockets. Empty your pockets before jumping
• NO “foreign” objects on the trampoline court – balls, phones, cameras, etc.
• NO shoes allowed on trampolines
• NO ONE under the influence of drugs or alcohol allowed on the trampoline court
• When jumping into the foam pit, first check that you are the only individual entering the foam pit for your line to avoid landing on someone
